TERMS OF SALE

Ordering:

• For all orders, shipping, handling and insurance costs are included in the sale price.

• Florida orders: an additional 7% for sales tax will apply.

• For international orders:
  
  The album set may be subject to customs fees and import duties, these charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.

Order processing:

• All orders are processed within 7 days and are shipped from the US via domestic & international FEDEX, UPS or USPS.

• Album sets are always shipped insured and include tracking service where available.

• Once shipped, expect 2 - 6 business days for US orders and 6 - 10 business days for international orders to receive the album set. These estimates exclude weekends and holidays.

Return/Refunds:

• If your order has shipped it cannot be modified or cancel.
  
  
• To return the unwanted order, you may refuse the package or return it using our Online Returns Center.
  
  Please note: Buyers outside the U.S. cannot refuse or return an order, international orders are a final sale, unless there is an error on our part..
  
  
• To return an album set, a return label form, with the RMA number must be obtained using our Online Returns Center. The return label form with RMA number will be sent via email and will be good for seven days from the date issued. The return label must be applied on the outside of the album return box.
  
  
• We will not process any returned album sets without the RMA label.
  
  
• For US orders, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charge of US $19.95 when returning the album set.

• If you request a refund, your original method of payment will be credited as soon as the return is processed and approved.

Return guidelines for full refund:

• For a full refund of the US orders, album sets must be returned in their original sealed condition, within 30 days of delivery date and a US$30.00 apply for return processing fee and US$19.95 shipping return charge.

• We do not accept any returns after 30 days of delivery date.

• Return and shipping charges will apply to any shipments that are undeliverable or have been rejected by the buyer, unless there is an error on our part.

Partial refund:

• 50% of the selling price will be refunded for opened albums returned within 30 days of delivery date and a US$30.00 returning processing fee will also apply.

• Album set must be returned in their original box, sleeves and complete vinyls, in mint condition.

• Opened album sets we cannot be sold again, as these albums are a Collector's set which were pressed in 1980 and are not available anymore.
